Erimitis since 2001

Who We are

Erimitis opened officially in 2001. Built from local Paxos stone amongst the vineyard of the Antiohos’ family, Erimitis began as a casual bar.

The business has evolved over the last 21yrs, starting with the addition of the restaurant in 2004.

Slowly over time Erimitis has been developed and upgraded to become one of the islands most renowned eateries. Offering not only a relaxed atmosphere and magical panoramic view but also for the menu created by head chef Stefanos Kokkalis who joined the Erimitis team in 2019.

Our Chef

Born in Italy, sharing his life between Greece and London and completing an interesting ten-year gastronomy experience in some of the most famous restaurants, Executive Chef Stefanos Kokkalis (since 2019) alongside his team has created the menu for "Erimitis Restaurant” on Paxos island.

With modern techniques, respect for tradition and the goal of promoting local products as a raw material, from all parts of Greece, he manages to present Greek cuisine with his own creative and modern insights, offering a special tasting experience to the restaurant's customers.

Under his supervision, "Erimitis Restaurant" is included in the list of candidate restaurants for the Golden Hat Award 2022 in the category of Modern Cuisine.

Against the background of the Ionian Sea, the magnificent sunset and the famous cliffs of "Erimitis", Executive Chef Stefanos Kokkalis has created once again a menu with an emphasis.
